i was issued sanction letter which had 33 typed points photocopy of the sanction letter is with me but the bank manager has produced the sanction letter with 34 points the 34th point is hand written and does not have any counter signatures now the bank is insistiting that the 34th point was there when we had signed the sanction letter what should i do?

Sanction letter is administration paper. Unless the stipulations are incorporated in the loan agreements, its value is less than a tissue paper. Please verify if the 34th. point is incorporated in the loan documents (without your acceptance) and send a protest letter to the bank that a complaint to Banking Ombudsman would be lodged if any term (which is not accepted by you) is included in the the loan documen are not droped immediately.
