For 406,420,409 IPC offences sanction is not required. These offences are not connected with honest performance of official duties of the public servant.

Is there any SC Judgement on this. CBI court dismissed the our case on this ground. whereas the case is related to 420 , 409 only.

There are many between 2013 and 2014 but i dont remember the parties name and the citation. But u search like this on google " sanction+409,420 IPC+public servant+sc" u will get those judgements.
