Same person Continuously tenant for 5 yrs can it create any

I have given my house on rent to one person from 2013...The rent agreement was renewed every 11 months...My question is wheather such continuous stay for 5 years at a stretch by the same person can create any problem in vacating the property afterwards...please advise S. Chaudhuri Jadavpur, Kolkata, West Bengal

A tenant is a tenant even if he stays for any number of years.in case if he refuses to vacate then you need to send him a notice and if he is still not vacating then you need to file a eviction suit

The rent agreement exists as per your post.

It shall defend your interest.

In case you are apprehensive, change the tenant.
