We jointly own a plot with another party in Bareilly, UP. This property is undivided. This other party is not letting us sell our share by making one excuse or the other. Just recently we managed to find a potential buyer. We informed the joint owners 3-4 weeks in advance of our intention to sell. They didn't respond clearly and just before the day of sale of property they messaged us that they have filed a property partition application in the court. They didn't even provide us the copy of application.
This is despite our insistence that they can buy any side of the property. Clearly they only want to delay our time sale and blackmailing us.
what is the best way to sale in this case. Can we sale to a buyer our undivided interest as of today? The biyer is ready to purchase. We don't know whether our partners have filed a partition appeal or not. They only gave a whats app message without giving us any copy of the application. They are clearly keeping us in dark.
