Sale of undivided share immovable property

A undivided immovable property is to be shared on percentage basis. on selling the property.. But one Coparcener deprives the other share holders by not willing to sell his share.

Query.. Beside partition suit is there any other legal remedy in selling the property .. Note.. The MoU of family settlement does not mention any cut of date of sale nor any minimum selling amount nor it mentions that any share holder can put condition for sale.
