Sale of residential building by Co.op.Hsg.society in Maharashtra.

A co.op.Hsg.society resolved to sale building with 15flats with the plot of land to one single buyer and entered into MOU.One member has not yet signed MOU although he supported resolution.The buyer has signed MOU.Can the deal go through ?.

To my understanding, having resolved in common, the lack of signature is of no legal significance.

True but Individual flat owner has also to sign the final sale deed. If the singal member declines to execute sale deed of his flat,buyer will face problems.
