Sale of property in auction

if any property constructed by builder and sold under MOFA ACT to prosepective purchaser and soecity is not fromed by promoter builder and property was auctioned by authority for non payment of taxes . the property was purchased by the builder and builder issued notice for eveiction of premises and memebrs who have purchased premises want to register the co-operative soeceity  whether soceity can be registered or not is there any judgements kindly  advise what is to be done in the circumstances.

financial law say alwayes on favor of credetor and proceed for atachment & auction 'as and where on' basis. The basic rule say to go for mutetion/injuction as per sale deed. But it better to approch DRT against auction notice. If auction had been completed, then ask for sale certificate, and chalenge it in writ.
