Sale of parking space

Sir , can I buy a parking facility or space from a flat owner alone in ametro city / the flat owner wants to sell the flat to A, & will register the apartment, . since the A do not want the parking he wants this to sell to B. . B also resides in the association only . . In a flat association , it is only an undived land.

IS this ok?

Pl guide me.

1. Parking Space CANNOT be brought or sold. It is illegal.

2. Parking Space is always linked to the Flat, hence there is no question of separate deal.

To best of my knowledge there are judgements which clearly states Parking space can not be sold and purchsed.

But Society or Apartmental association as per mutual understanding can alot car parking to flat holder for temp. period , but parking space is owned by only society or apartmental association. And no right on car parking space individually .

Its only understanding I park car here and you there or some thing like that . To reduce conflict every one is alloted car parking as per convience , no individual legal right on car parking .
