Dear Experts,
I made a booking of a flat in Gurgaon in 2009 Oct, and I paid extra money for 1 Basement parking + 1 Open Parking (in front of Building). These parking were sold to me as part of my allotment letter and are mentioned in it and the payments also reflected in the payment plan. The Flats have not been given possession yet and are expected by end of 2014.
- In the light of recent Court Judgement are the Sale of these parkings valid?
- If not then what should I do to ensure that I get these 2 parking when I get the possession of flat?
