30 years back, under the flood relief, we were sanctioned a plot by the collector on lease terms of 35 years. The lease will get further extended shortly. We have constructed a house on the plot. I would like to know how can we legaly sale the plot.

You have chosen to keep silent on the terms of the lease, Unless you come out with the terms and conditions of the lease, I cannot help you.
