I have a flat for sale in Mumbai. Myself and my mother are co-owners. I bought the flat when I was a bachelor. Later I got married. Due to family problem regarding my wife she is living separate now and staying with her parents over 1 year. Is it necessary for her legal consent in writing also to sell my flat?
