My name is Gulshan from Ambala (Haryana State). I bought a bike in 2010 financed with BFL. I paid the installments but some bouncing charges were pending which i cleared in Jan 2018 and got the NOC certificate from financer alonwith Form 35. After getting NOC from financer i sold my bike without terminated hypothecation on RC. Now question is can the purchaser directly transfer the vehicle on his name or first I have to terminate the hypothecation from RC and get new RC on my name, then again apply for NOC from RTO. Please guide me.
