sale for land of schedule tribe

sir my father got the land after retirement from army in1993 sir today's situation isn't not well sir how can I sale the land in immediately ways sir I need the ammount sir no bank is giving Loan

Quick Summary
This discussion addresses the sale of land allocated to Scheduled Tribes (ST). Generally, such land cannot be sold or transferred to individuals outside the ST category without explicit permission from the District Collector. The advice suggests seeking this permission first. Additionally, for urgent financial needs, obtaining a Kisan Credit Card against the land holding is recommended as a way to secure a loan.

Hello,

You have to seek permission from the collector for selling land allotted to you.

Since land belongs to S.C/S.T class can't be sold or transferred to general class People so you have to obtain permission from Govt/District Collector thereafter question land can be sold.

Obtain Kisan Credit Card against the holding and obtain loan accordingly, if you are in urgent need of loan amount, howeve, land belonging to ST can be sold only to ST unless permitted by concerned collector as per local rules.
