Sale deed related error

Hi learned counsel's, I got my property registered in Sub Registrar office. All the data related to seller name has been clearly input in sale deed. But the data entry operator has indexed as SMT Madhu instead of Sri Madhu, since they have indexed the same it is reflecting the same in the EC too.

Is there any legal remedy other than rectification deed, the seller is old and is 78 years and she cannot travel from Chennai to Mysore, regards

If the sale deed is having a photo ID, and if link documents are available this may not be a problem   Contact a local advocate for further remedy if you still have doubts.

Wrong prefix in the name of the Seller will not affect the transaction in any manner. because the other descripttion of the person in the descripttion clause saying Son of ---- etc will neutralize the mistake. No need to take any rectification action.

Present day, while registering the Aadhar Card copy also is incorporated as part of the sale document. Hope correct identification is incorporated in which case typographical error may not have an impact

The query is not on sale deed: All the data related to seller name has been clearly input in sale deed. But the data entry operator has indexed as SMT Madhu instead of Sri Madhu,

There is oversight/mistake/negligence by the data entry operator.  Issue a registered notice to the concerned Registrar for such correction, it is not that difficult as assumed and can be corrected.
