Sale deed of a property executed by a non employee

Hello,

I wanted to understand the legal course for a case where the sale deed needs to be executed by a non employee. The property is owned by a pvt ltd company, and the directors won't be able to come down for property registration due to covid since they are in a different city. They are proposing to provide a Board resolution authorizing an unrelated, non employee to execute the sale on behalf of the company. What's the legal solution?

Thanks a lot.

The said company Directors make a resolution in writing as per the company articles/bylaws, then they can give authorization to one person whom they know. It is not an objection.

Thanks a lot Sir. So is the board resolution enough or do I need to get any other document to ensure smooth property registration and valid title transfer for future purposes. Thank you.
