Sale deed layout drawing slight different

In sale deed land area and construction plinth all mentioned correctly., Layout also as per building permission, But in registered sale deed layout drawing red line balcony is not showed, we thought no balcony and later found it there.. Will it create any problem..

Quick Summary
A homeowner is concerned about a minor discrepancy in their registered sale deed where the layout drawing omitted a red line indicating a balcony, despite the land area and construction plinth being correct. While experts suggest this is a minor issue unlikely to cause problems, the homeowner is seeking advice on whether to pursue a rectified deed for this small omission.

The schedules are supposed to match. Though this minute discrepancy may not create problem but it is not a good practice.

I agree with opinion and advise of expert Mr. Pradipta Nath, it is a minor issue which will not create any problem.

However, if you feel may get a rectification deed registered with correct specifications.
