Dear Sir,
I had purchased a plot for starting a business.But in its prior deed executed by the Society infavour of the present owner contains a clause stating that 'the plot shall be used only for dwelling purpose'. the above sale deed is executed on 26-10-1694.
Whether the condition can be ignored, whether it hit by limitation (46 years passed) .Kindly advice
