The age is required for identifying specific parties when similar names exist and also to confirm that they are not minors. As already advised contact local advocate on the validity of such sale deed. When you seek guidance at least post basic facts such as dates, whether possession was given to you and present difficulty with such sale deed and the legal opinion you have obtained while purchasing such flat and contents of sale deed with other flat owners on such age differences in sale deed. Generally, the builder prepares a format and just changes the name of the purchaser and the sale deeds executed by the builder may be similar in all cases. Contacting other flat owners as to their stand may help you in getting a better understanding of the minor discrepancy and the repercussions if any at a later date.

Sir as per the ages that are mentioned they are not minors and aadhaar nos also mentioned.Builder as GPA who registered gave all his particulars Correct.Right now there is no issue and no problem and on 3rd march 2021only purchased SBI home loan also sanctioned for some of the other owners also registered like that it seems they are not aware of it.Sir thanks for your reply
