Sale consideration

Sir, A wants to purchase land from B. B wants to purchase land from C. B Says i dont want to take money from A and asks A to handover sale consideration to C. Whether transaction between A and B is valid since sale consideration is given to C instead of B on the advise of B. Provide answer with any citations. Thanks

If b acknowledges that A has paid him the required sale consideration, which he had requested A to handover to B, then the transaction is a valid transaction.
