Hi Guys,
I have a Property and executed a sale agreement in January 2010 ...agreement says that, purchaser has to pay the remaing money then the registration. i have included a condition, if purchaser will not pay the remaining money by 8th March 2010, this agreement shall be null and void
The Purchaser hasn't pay the money till date..
in this case, still the agreement is valid for the purchaser legally?
Please aid me.....
