Sale agreement doubt

Hi Experts,

We have booked an apartment for buying, recently. We have paid 40% of the amount.
The apartment authorities has given us the sale agreement and construction agreement. In both of these agreements, the signing authority have provided his full signature only in first page and last page. But in the middle pages, he has provided only his initials. (His initials in middle page and his full signature does not even coincide. They look totally different.) All the pages have the apartment seal. Does these agreements valid legally ?

Hi Shashi Dhara,

we have done only the part payment (40%). This agreement will be only for that part payment. so there will be another agreement when we have the full payment. Authorities said that the full payment agreement will be registered. My doubt is like , since there is a difference in signature, is it valid ?

The part payment of consideration is not a question to do registration but it shall be clearly mentioned in the agreement that the remaining amount will be paid in six months or a year. Then it will be registered. First, take all the link documents and plan etc, for all purposes.
