Sale a property for which we recently got possesion

hi

we perchased a flat in pune in 2010 and registration is done at that time, for which we got possesion in april 2013 ,we already paid service tax and vat for this flat .now we want sale this flat.. do we need to pay o builder?  what are exact rules for selling the property? can anybody help on this?

u need no pay anything to builder. there is no"exact" rules in selling propoerty.

There is no need to pay to the Builder.  The only thing there should  not be any arrears of electricity, flat maintenance charges etc.  Builder/Flat Assn permission is not necessary. As the registration is over and you got possession you are free to sell the property.

Builder is asking us to pay amount of 100 persq feet to give NOC(as sociaty is not formed ) Bt our regstration is completed and we got possesion ....is it a rule that we have to pay builder for noc? please reply
