" Mahatma Phule Seva Sansthan " is a Private "Trust"  Ambewadi, Osmanabad,  Maharashtra, and the "Agricultural Land" stands on the name of  its " Chairman ' as Trustee.

If so, then kindly verify first about the " Trust Deed"  and Powers &  Authorities granted to the Chairman under the Deed.  If its there in the Trust Deed that, the chairman of the trust is having full authority and power for management and sell the properties of the turst, then you can Purchase the said Agricultural Land stands on the name of said seva sansthan.
