Hi...I and my dad have an office and we hired this girl for computer operator.she came the first day and henceforth she stopped coming giving lame excuses that she is not well etc.Now due to work pressure we cant afford to wait for her and I sacked her..Now can she claim salary for that one day considering her disinterest towards work...

Yes, she can claim wages for one day and one day's wages shall be 1/26 of the wages of one month
