My employer has not cleared my full & final settlement,stating company have no funds.I have put a complain
on https://pgportal.gov.in/ViewStatus.aspx
It was forwarded to regional labour commissioner on 24th jan 2014 but nothing happened till date.
How much time does it take for any favourable action.
