if employees get only 19 days salary in march 2020 . then what is the punishment for company

Due to covid-19 how the salary provided on private company in the lockdown days if the salary has to be pay for employee or not if yes the company doesn't pay the salary for their employees any action can be taken by the employee to get the salary back
