salary issue

I have work in company more than 1 month and if company refuse to give salary can we file Case. plz suggest

Quick Summary
If your employer is refusing to pay your salary after you've worked for them for over a month, you have legal options. The first step is to send a formal demand notice to your employer, giving them a specific timeframe to pay. If this doesn't resolve the issue, you can escalate the matter by filing a complaint with the labour conciliation officer in your area. This officer will act as an arbitrator to help settle the dispute amicably. Should a resolution still not be reached, the labour conciliation officer may refer your case to the State Labour Commissioner, who could then send it to a labour tribunal.
