Generically speaking if you are trainee/probationer: then no notice period/pay may be applicable.

Or if you have worked for less than 3 months ( as per SE Act Delhi) no notice period may be applicable.

If you have worked for full month then company should pay you full salary.

In FNF statement/ settlement company may adjust notice pay for shortfall in notice period @ basic pay + DA, add leave encashment if any, and other dues payable to you if any……….
