Safety of provident fund

Sir, I am working in defence. My wife filed fake cases and divorce on me and my family. They just want to harass us and abstract as much money as they can. I am already giving my wife monthly maintenance. Sir i have some hard earned money in my PF. 1. Can court stop me from withdrawing my PF? 2. Can my retirement benifits, Gratuity, etc be divided, even i am paying her monthly maintenance?

The court cannot stop you to withdraw from PF and other retirement benefit. you may withdraw the 90 percent PF amount and deposite in bank before the court make any such order. Don't give any proof of this deposit to your wife and even to your lawyer. Engage a good lawyer and contest the case in court and don't give hard earned money to anyone.
