Running a society without heads?

Our Treasurer has resigned.  And no one is interested in taking up this role.  How can we run the society without Treasurer, Secretary and Chairman?

Is there any provision in the law that can appoint a govt. receiver or someone who can take charge of day-to-day affairs of the society?

Is there any provision?

Advice awaited.

Kumar
