Rules to Induct new members in MC

I believe you mean the Managing Committee of a Co-operative Housing Society in Maharashtra. The byelaws of the Society will state the number of members to be elected to the Managing Committee. If enough members do not give valid nominations or after election if one or more MC members resign, there will be vacancies in the MC. Such vacancies can be filled by the MC itself by co-option. The existing members will have to pass resolutions to that effect at a duly convened MC meeting.
