I am going to sell my bike to meet my educational expense in MBA course. I live in Tamil Nadu and bought bike in Puducherry. In the Registration Certificate, the Permenent Address is TN and Temporary Address is Puducherry.
My bike is owned by my father and he is willing to sell. My bike is insured.
As I am not aware of selling and buying business, tell me what are the document that I need to surrender to the person I am selling the bike and what are the document I need from them.
