Sir I am preparing for govt job, my name is in criminal case that is my brother in law used my bike for rapido taxi app in 2019 in that time rapido company didn't have permission from RTO for bike taxi, so that RTO official held him andd send to court for pay the fine, I. Am owner is of bike so that my name mention in that case. So will I get problem in joining time? Court order is plead guilty and coveted hence this case closed.

That is just traffic violation not any serious criminal offence, but you have to mention in the form for being fined for traffic violation.

minor traffic offenses are considered infractions or civil offenses, whereas the charges that end up in criminal court are usually misdemeanors or felonies.
