RTI UNDER DIVORCE

This is about my friend, who is not living with her husband from last one year, because of some personal problems..she want to live with him..but he is not ready. She is doing job in a family school. And her daughter studying there. She wants her husband to pay for her and child. But he is not ready to pay..even he wants money from her. And he claimed under right to information act, that he want to know about her working hours and time duration. And about the fee of her child.. Because as per his thinking, she is enough capable to survive without alumni.. Cause she is earning, and he is not earning. Now the question is.. Is this comes under this RTI ..and if a woman is earning.. She will get alumni or not from her husband
