This RTI is a white elephant body. What is trequired is make all documents accessable to public as stated in the Sec. 76 of th Indian Evidence Act. Crtified ciopies are provided in Civil. Criminal and Revenue Courts of all relevant files. Like this certified copies should also b provided in all departments and on non failure of the same criminal liability and tortious libility should be fixed so that general public may not be required from this office to that office seekng copies. A specific list be shown about documents which cannot be made public as shown in Sec. 124 of the indin Evidene Act. All papers in all departments including Income Tax and sell Tax etc. should have access to public. Fees should be charged from all including BPO as presently what is done is through BPO free copies are obtained and general public utilise them.
