Rti reply from public officer in person

Dear Sir, After filling my RTI , Public Information Officer called me over phone to receive the documents in person. Unfortunately presently I m out of station, Kindly clarify my queris

1) Can I engage any advocate to receive the documents

2) If so what are documents to be submitted to Advocate. ( like my pan card - ID proof, Rs 20 Stamp paper AFFIDAVIT etc...)

Kindly guide me

It is preferable to request them to send it by post / courier .You can authenticate any near or dear one to you to receive it on your behalf in your absence.
