Such an information must already have been uploaded by the concerned ministry/ department, recheck on the site of concerned department.

However, it can be made public since the information for implementation of various scheme(s) which do not contain any restricted or secret information.

PIO provides only a public record.  Publishing the public record is not an offense.  The objective of the enactment of RTI is Transparency and Accountability.  Only if the information is published for a larger public interest, there can be a logical ending for seeking information.  No one seeks information for storing in cupboards.  In any newspaper, every day you can find such information provided or denied under RTI Act.

What are the facts? What is the context?
