I have filed RTI to Deputy Registrar of Coop housing societies,Thane,Mumbai and asked audited reports for my Society. It is around 40 days I do not got response .
My Question is that:
1)How to File Second Appeal under RTI
2)Whom should I File RTI like previously I have written PIO,Deputy Registrar. But in Second appeal what should be the format?
3)What if I do not get response in Second Appeal?
Please reply if any body has knowledge.
