Yes it is not only Gujarat in Tamil Nadu too the situation is bad. The State Information Commission is acting as if a centralized despatching office for various Government office and it is not functioning according the to the enactment made in the Parliaments and Rules framed by the State of Tamil Nadu thereon. Citizens of the State has conducted a demonstration before the SIC and a new item in this regard is posted in our news section.
