i have already filed 1st appeal.
i also want to file Complaint against PIO at SIC.
in Maharashtra, SIC has different benches - Mumbai, Pune, Aurangabad, Nashik, Nagpur & Amravati.

1. the place of MY RESIDENCE OR
2. the location of PIO ?
3. should i file complaint with Chief Information comissioner @ Bombay ?
