I want to know what type of RTI can be filed against illegal activities of banquet halls like not paying luxury tax , keeping temporary labour etc etc.

RTI is not applicable as banquet hall is a private body.u can report d matter to income tax authorities for not paying tax n to pollution board for causing sound pollution ,to D.C for maimtaining peace in d area

RTI Act is applicable on all govt ministries and organisations etc and also on all public funded institutions. Therefore, Banquet Halls doesn't come under RTI Act. However, RTI Act is applicable on all Banks.
