Rti against animal cruelty

Gopal ji should be happy now that he will be getting the desired information.

But I would like to inform Shri Soni that RTI is a tool to unlock the information already availabel in files and can not be used to creat informatiobn for sake of replying to RTI.

If some information is not availabel in their files, the PIO may still regret.

I only said that if information is there, provide photocopy.

If information is not there, how u will provide. 

Nothing more, nothing less.

CIC can also direct maintaining an account for the information if not done earlier. Mr Gopal if possible please post reply also as information is valuable or mail it to sri_ankit30[at]yahoo[.]co[.]in
