rti act dead lock by reason of inaction

so many cases are pending before the wb information commission   since no chief information commissioner posted  for last four months.reason showed that opposition leader not sitting with the chief minister .most of us knows when british ladies allowed to cast votes ie third decade of nineteen centuries.on the other hand we got that right since the day of independence.true meaning of democracy lies with implimentation of law.who will teach these politicians ;without delay post a honest person as early as possible.some body told govt not interested since  this law putting govt in a difficult position since it got implimented. this is a open forum and all must know the truth.dr pratihar

In the revenue department people play mischiefs and if the mistakes pointed out they do not takee any action to reply the settlement map is changed means they removed the boundary line indicating the a certain survey No. in the mouza map I thought while copying the the fresh map the boundary line is inadvertantly remained. so I pointed out the mistake in order to correct the map But instead by correcting it they do nothing . so I requested to give me a copy of the map. They refused it. they even do not show me the settlement map original copy. I ask them under RTI act. They do not reply in in 30 days so I made first appeal by RPAD they refused to take letter so I  made a complaint to Information Commissioner .He gave a hearing date and on my argument he directed to give information called that they gave me after an year and 4 months. But when it is clister clear still he said I can not give directions for correction u approach to court / proper authority . Only I got base to file PIL. For a poor man it is very difficult to fight. the corruption in the revenue department . Can anybody have a processure / way out to remove the corruption.
