Hello Respected Members,
I want to know whether we can get the information about a person from Private Banks, Hospitals or Private Organizations? If not , could you please tell me how can I get this information legally?
My wife has filed 498A and Information technology Act on me so I want to know whether I can get the required information from the firms mentioned.

Information under the RTI act could be obtained only from Public authorities.Prvate organistions are not covered under the act.
