Background:
That my freind file an RTI before public authority namely NITTTR (an undertaking under MHRD) and sought details of Consultancy work for recruitment t undertaken by the Public Authority like exact nature of work undertaken, consultancy amount charged etc.
CPIO replied that the Project is of confidential nature and the information will be supplied after the completion of project.
My question Whether the details of consultancy work of recruitment can be disclosed. if yes, please provide reasoning for it.
