Rs 50 stamp paper validity for hand loan

Dear sir /Madam, Please clarify the following points for my understanding. 1.Rs 50 Telangana Stamp Paper Validity for hand loan Rs 1 Lakh 2.For Example I have taken Rs 1 Lakh towards hand loan and signed on Rs 50 Telangana stamp paper with condition in stamp paper hand loan with my name. Is it legally valid. If valid how many years. 3.Stamp paper taken in the name of whose given hand loan(Lender)

Dear querist,

It is valid document. Stamp paper can be purchased on either name of party.

Thank you for your valuable advises. In this case, I don't want to cheat others.It is not my aim. I always agree Honesty is the best policy. Just for understanding asking whether it is valid document and any expire date is there for stamp papers.
