In my 498(a) false case, police has given Final report mentioning that after given written Bayan from girl side, it is concluded that istagasha was filed in haste containing dowry charges and hence no case can be made out.
Now she has applied to protest FR and court has given a date to her.
I want to know that wather in this hearing Public procecutore would be there to represent police ? or if not, then can court take cognigence ex party ( Recording Bayan from Girl side only). Please clarify ?
