In a motorbike accident (both motorbikes), one ridden by a single rider and the 2nd with 2 riders, the rider of the second bike dies in a collission. What is the procedure for registering a case with police for defending the 1st bike rider and what compensation the 2nd bike's victim can seek.

Dear,
You just made a complaint to the Police Official with the local Police Station. The Police officials will take the action against the bikers. Apart from this if bike are insured than victim will be compensated by the insurance company in the MACT claim. However, the bikers will be prosecuted in criminal case for rash driving and not follow the rule and regulation.
