Dear Experts,
On 09/04/2012, I was taking one of my collegaue from work to drop her at her home in a motorcycle. On the way, she fell of from the motorcycle and is seriously injured in the head and currrently in critical condition.
Police have entered the details in FIR Register, and yet to file an FIR. My vehicle has also been seized by Police.
My initial questions are are on two scenarios - what if not fatal resulting in loss of life and fatal resulting in loss of life
1. what kind of actions / case can be initiated against me ?
2. what are the legal procedures that I need to be aware of ?
3. what implications i can be landing into ?
