You are the problem to your wife. Your wife is problem to you. You change both husband and wife. Take divorce.

No husband is not wrong. If wife is abled body, well educated and professionally qualified, had been working previously then she's supposed to find job to share responsibility of running household along with the husband. DV complaint filled by the wife as per advise of her advocate is just digging her grave for marriage and going for divorce ultimately.

Both spouses should share household responsibilities………….without taunting on anyone.

Taunting is not any purpose of marriage…….

IT can tantamount to act of Cruelty.

If the household need is staring then each spouse should rise and contribute.

Husband and wife are, mutually responsibly for supporting family. As far as DV case is concerned it will land up in divorce case finally.

As per Indian Law wife has following rights:

1. Ask divorce from husband.

2. Ask money from husband.  If he does not give, she can ask it from court.

3. Ask husband to provide food, clothing, shelter.  If he does nor provide, ask same through court.

4.  If she does not get money, food, shelter, clothing from husband, she can ask same from the government and government already providing free clothing, shelter, food etc.

5. Ask husband to give the custody of child to her which is less than 5 years of age.

6.  Ask husband to contribute towards maintenance of child and herself through court.

7.  File a complaint against husband and in-laws if they ask extra dowry or dowry.

8.  File complaint of domestic voilence if husband/in-laws if they ask her to cook, feed, wash etc.

These are broadly the rights of wife as per Law.

On the contrary the husband has following rights:

1.  Ask divorce from wife and thorugh court.

2.  Ask wife to pay alimony if he is unable to feed himself.

The husband cannot tell wife do this do that.  He is best used as a tool for s*xual satisfaction by wife and ATM for money.

IT is time to build irrefutable evidences and keep unshakable witnesses and come out clean in inquiry/case.....

Thereafter the perpetor can remain tense and affected spouse can relax....

The matter may be put on permanent 'Shut Up' mode..

Us the time available to preperae for defense..
